2. Filter Process
Dust-containing air enters the first-stage coarse filter box
(1)Through the suction effect of the air compressor, and the dust is adsorbed on the efficient filter cartridge owing to the comprehensive effects of gravity inertia diffusion and contact interception of the efficient filter cartridge
(2)Clean air enters the venture tube
(3)And is gathered in the air collecting port
(4)Through the sealing gasket
(5)And absorbed by the air compressor from the purified air outlet tube
(6)After passing the purification tube

3. Self-cleaning Process
After dust-containing air is filtered, dust is adsorbed on efficient filter elements, and the blowback self-cleaning process proceeds in groups according to the time order preset by the PLC; when resistance loss is over **0Pa, PLC can group the blowback self-cleaning (blowback time is 0.**0.2sec.) according to the order of pressure difference, other efficient filter cartridges can normally work, thus dust are blown down.
